Street improvements at Nichols Street between Fitzroy Street and Albion Street and Albion Street between Bourke Street and Nichols Street, Surry Hills.
What work is being done?
- footpath renewal
- fixing any damaged kerbs and gutters
The estimated construction period is October 2025 to December 2025.
Work will be carried out during the day between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am and 3:30pm Saturday.
We will take steps to minimise any impacts on local residents and business owners. However, there will be some machinery noise, temporary parking restrictions and alternative access for people walking.
