Street improvements at St Peters Lane between Bourke Street and Forbes Street and Premier Lane between Forbes Street and Rosebank Street.

What work is being done?

• Asphalt road resurfacing
• Kerb and gutter
• Access ramps
• Signage
• Linemarking
• Shared zone stamped asphalt.

The estimated construction period is April 2021 to May 2021.

Work will be carried out during the day between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am and 3:30pm Saturday.

We will take steps to minimise any impacts on local residents and business owners. However, there will be some machinery noise, temporary parking restrictions and alternative access for people walking.
