What to expect during construction work

As the City of Sydney’s contractor, Sydney Civil will take steps to minimise potential impacts during construction works.

However, there will be machinery noise, temporary restrictions to vehicle parking/loading zones, temporary lane closures and temporary pedestrian detours. Please follow the direction of signage and traffic controllers.

We will also erect temporary fencing and install barriers to create a safe working area for our construction team and the community.

Access to all businesses (retail, cafes, offices and driveways) will remain open during the construction works.

In the event of wet weather, unexpected ground conditions or other delays, work will commence the following day. If a delay continues, we will notify of the change in scheduling.

Please pass on this important information to your local contacts and tenants.
